Job Description : Senior Web Frontend Engineer

Scouting Criteria (MUST have)

• 5+ years of working experiences of Front Engineer (Do not include any internship as a working experiences)

• Must have Skills of React.js (If that person has Next.js skills, it will be a bonus)

• Candidate must have 1+ years of working experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Software Engineer in Traveloka, Tokopedia, Gojek, Bukalapak, Grab, Blibli, Shopee, Tiket.com, Garena, OVO, DANA, and Ajaib.

Important NOTE as follow:

• For the working experience: do NOT include the period as an intern for the working

• Do NOT hire anyone who has only experience as Software Engineer

• They must be living in Indonesia (Indonesian citizens and not other nationalities)

• They should be having high English skills

• Must be able to contribute 20+ hours per week

• Do NOT include Engineers who are in the following conditions:

• Need to commute to office 3+ times per week

• Need almost 2 hours to commute to the office

Conditions

Full Remote

Must be able to work 20+ hours per week

Hourly rate : 1600 JPY ~ 2200 JPY

20 hours per week = 128,000 JPY ~ 176,000/Month

25 hours per week = 160,000JPY ~ 220,000 / Month

40 hours per week = 256,000 JPY ~352,000 /Month

Compensation will be paid only for the period when they are assigned to projects

But most likely we have some projects once they are hired

Job Description

As a part of Product team, we will help our Japanese startups in eSports, AI and Blockchain.

You will be assigned to one of projects and work as a Frontend Engineer to achieve their business goal.

Responsibilities

Driving forward Web development for our products and client project.

Helping to support and extend the core platform

Implement back-end infrastructure components.

Design new web-services

Create unit tests and integration tests to ensure quality.

Required Skills

Proficiency in React.js

Proficiency in HTML and CSSProficiency in JavaScript/JQueryExperience of responsive JavaScript and CSS frameworks, such as React.js

Experience with Node.js, npm, Webpack.

Familiarity with Testing/Debugging tools.

Should be able to setup, create, and maintain unit tests and integration/functional tests.

Fluent in English (note: pull requests are expected to be written in English)

Bonus if you have

Experience with ReactNative, Swift or Kotlin

Contributions to or active participation in the OSS community.

Experience in the development and operations of large scale web services
