knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or other related field or equivalent work experience;A minimum of three (3) years of IT work experienceA minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience;Experience with IBM FileNet 5.2 or later with experience including, but not limited to, administration of FileNet P8, Content Management, and Process Engine (PE) and conducting IBM FileNet performance tuning;Experience with operating systems, such as Microsoft and Linux;Experience with the use of cloud computing platforms, such as Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS);Experience with using source code configuration management tools such as TFS and providing release management support in Azure DevOps administration;Relational database experience with Oracle or SQL Server;Understanding of N-Tier Architecture;Experience with large infrastructure systems;Understanding of Agile Development Methodology;Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later;Experience with SAP Crystal Reports;Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services)Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline; Understanding of and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications; andExperience with Windows scriptings programming languages, such as PowerShell, Batch, and Azure CLI.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing, developing, modifying, installing, testing, and maintaining operating systems software; This position is mainly responsible to provide advanced-level FileNet administration, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Azure DevOps services support.Evaluating vendor-supplied software packages and making recommendations to IT management;Providing system administration of Microsoft servers;Analyzing system logs, identifying potential issues with production applications, and handling war room situations; Performing IBM FileNet performance tuning and working with IBM customer support to troubleshoot production issues; 6) Administration of FileNet P8, Content Management, and Process Engine (PE); Managing the OpenText RightFax environment for receiving faxes;Managing Quality Assurance (QAS) environments to address validation and troubleshooting production issues;Supporting central document intake for users by troubleshooting imaging software (i.e., IBM Datacap, etc.) issues;Monitoring application interfaces and troubleshooting Globalscape issues;Providing support to UC4 users and troubleshooting batch failure issues;Upgrading Brava client and providing support to Brava users; Monitoring Blazon servers and working with support to resolve production issues managing ScaleOut SessionServer cluster software;Setting-up virtual servers, pools, and nodes and troubleshooting production issues;Working in a team environment; Managing multiple tasks and small projects as well as service requests and incident resolution;Working on multiple projects as a project team member and occasionally as a project leader;Automating operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with the department’s security requirements;Providing support for deployment and post-go-live;Installing and preparing technical documentation for system and software applications;Updating, developing, and executing disaster recovery procedures; andProviding 24/7 on-call support including weekend on-call support.
