What are we looking for?• Strong experience in implementing, supporting & managing IT Asset Management (ITAM) in ServiceNow;• Excellent experience implementing CMDB in ServiceNow;• Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) components including service catalog, incident/problem/change/request management, and knowledge management;• Prior experience of discovery implementation in ServiceNow (good to have);• Knowledge of Service Graph Connector (good to have);• Understanding of ITIL concepts (good to have);• Familiarity with Configuration Management System (CMS) Data Model (CSDM) and its relation with CMDB (good to have);• Fluency in English (mandatory).
