But enough about us... let’s talk about you.We are looking for 2 - 3 dynamic, energetic and confident full-stack web engineers and developers to join our fast-growing team. You will obviously love the fast-paced organised chaos that is agency life - so agency experience would be desirable. You need to be able to work well as part of a team and also independently, ideally with some client-facing experience.
As a member of our development team report directly to our head of technical working closely with our delivery manager, the creative team, and our clients on a daily basis. You will also be expected to be able to work with a high level of autonomy and deliver to an exceptionally high standard.
The roleAs part of our team you will be focused on server-side (and occasionally frontend) development.The work we do varies greatly, some examples would be;Ecommerce development (using Ensemble our in house framework)Platform developmentSystems integration
You may also be:Helping to drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the teamAssisting critical support issues quickly and action the most appropriate solutionConstantly review the latest web technologies to see how they can benefit our clientsCreate clean and readable code that is testableShare your technical knowledge and mentor junior team membersHelp the management team with the technical scoping and planning for projects
The role is a hybrid one - we'll be asking you to work primarily from home with the occasional team and customer meetings either in our studio, at their premises or in London.
