This individual will harness data analytics and CRM capabilities to offer insights and drive strategic decisions, fostering growth and enhancing client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analytics and Insights: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business data, leveraging information from leads, prospects, customers, marketing, and sales to provide actionable insights. Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making and strategy development across all business functions.CRM Strategy and Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM system, overseeing its daily operation, user management, data integrity, and ensuring it serves as a robust tool for managing customer relationships, tracking sales processes, and supporting marketing efforts.Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to CRM processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data quality. Assess and refine these processes in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to meet evolving business needs.Cross-functional Support: Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate business requirements into CRM solutions and actionable strategies. Act as a bridge between the CRM system and business teams, ensuring that data insights are effectively translated into strategic actions to propel business growth.System Customization and Integration: Customize the CRM platform to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.
