Position: .NET DeveloperLocation: Chicago, IL (100% Remote)Hiring: Fulltime with Hexaware Technologies JD: Role and Responsibility – Operational, Integration, Build and Manage Support· Create and maintain documentation, including solution requirements specifications, application configuration and operational runbooks· Support in systems integration, webservices, backend infrastructure, cloud security, and build / release engineering· Support build, manage, automate and administer applications, tools and services· Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders· Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and develop recommendations to bridge these gaps· Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders· Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirementso Customer support and ticket tracking/resolutiono Participate customer facing supporto Create, update and complete support tickets and Jira's Applications supported The below applications are the primary focus for this role.· Accuroute – critical· Copitrak – critical· NQ Zebraworks - critical· Research Monitor – critical· Deem/ETTA· My Quickcharge· Pitney Bowes Sendsuite Enterprise· QTrak· Seamless/Grubhub

Coverage:· M-F normal business hours (8:30 am - 5 pm CST)· Maintenance Windows (2nd and 4thSaturday 7 pm - Sunday 7 am CST)
