Webflow Developer

Rocket.Chat is seeking a full-time and experienced Webflow Developer to join our Marketing team. You will develop, manage, build, and maintain the corporate website and landing pages using Webflow. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and work independently. Prior experience building and designing Webflow websites is a must for this role. This role would be directly reporting to the Head of Demand Generation.

Mandatory Hard Skills 🎯

1 to 2 years of proven experience with Webflow;Good English proficiency;Experience with integrations such as email templates and forms;Knowledge of responsive design and how it works with accessibility in mind;Excellent understanding of CMS collections and items in Webflow;Thought leader regarding all things website development and design;Proficient in Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

Desirable Hard Skills 💕

Experience with CRO and A/B testing would be a bonus;Experience with HubSpot forms;Experience with GA4; Experience with website translation tools such as Weglot;Experience with website heatmaps and behaviour analytics tools.

Communication Skills: Proficient in clear and concise verbal and written communication, adept at adapting to diverse audiences;Collaboration: Strong team player, integrating diverse perspectives to achieve common goals effectively;Autonomy: Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness, capable of working independently to achieve objectives and strong time management skills;Presentation Skills: Skilled in delivering engaging and impactful presentations tailored to audience needs;Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough, consistently producing high-quality work with accuracy and precision.

What You'll Do 🖥️

Design and implement on-brand and aesthetically pleasing landing pages;Ensure existing and new landing page implementations align with SEO, accessibility, and usability best practices and company objectives;Create component libraries that others on the team can use as self-service options for minimal site updates, such as publishing blog posts;Track website performance and provide feedback and ideas for improving website performance, structure, and design;Provide high-quality web dev work that is picture-perfect and in line with brand guidelines;Work with the marketing team to increase site traffic and conversion rates.
