What we offer:Permanent, full-time day job at the comfort of your own home (40 hours per week)Base salary of PHP 70,000 to 100,000 per month (depends on skills and experience)Performance bonus13th month pay15 days paid vacation leave each year10 days paid personal/carer's leave each yearPaid "Regular" Philippine National HolidaysHMO PlanFun and friendly work environmentOpportunity to growLess time on a commute and more time to spend with your family Minimum Requirements:Excellent Written and Spoken English5+ years’ experience as a developer3+ years working with C# and .NETExperience with Angular or similar front end technologyAn understanding Object Oriented Design principles and basic design patternsA commitment to code quality and continuous improvementA solid understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies in generalExperience working with databases, SQL or ORM technologies such as Entity FrameworkQuiet and distraction-free workspaceModern and reliable computer with quality microphone, headset and webcam for clear communicationFast and reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbit upload speed)Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)Must be currently residing in the PhilippinesAvailable to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (1 hour of breaks). Duties and responsibilities:Analyze and estimate work in sprint planning sessions by playing planning pokerBuild and maintain high quality, modular and reusable code and componentsDesign and publish REST APIs, and connect and integrate with external APIsDesign and develop software features and modules into our platformCreate and maintain project related documentation and how-to guidesUpgrade libraries, improve security, and fix bugsWrite and execute test cases to ensure performance and correct function of softwareParticipate in peer group discussions about best practice and ideal solutions to problemsConduct code reviewsGrow your skills and knowledge.
