Dot Net Lead Developer (With Azure)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead Developer to join our team and spearhead the development and maintenance of a complex legacy application. As a crucial member of our team, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues and ensuring the stability and functionality of the application. Given that most of the new enhancements will involve integration with third-party solutions, our primary focus will be on integrations and related maintenance. This role necessitates a deep understanding and proficiency in various aspects of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and software design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Development and Maintenance: Lead the development and maintenance of a legacy application with a hybrid deployment architecture encompassing both Azure cloud infrastructure and DataCenter resources, ensuring its stability, scalability, and robustness. Troubleshoot Issues: Utilize advanced skills in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently within the application.Solution Designing: Utilize expertise in software design patterns and architectural principles to craft comprehensive solutions and strategies aimed at enhancing application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Proficient in system integrations and adept at mapping data across various systemsNavigate Hybrid Environment: Seamlessly navigate both on-premises and Azure environments to manage and optimize the application's performance and resource utilization, employing best practices for hybrid cloud deployments.Lead Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of enhancements within the legacy codebase, meticulously upholding coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. Given that the majority of new enhancements will involve integration with third-party solutions, focus will be on integrations and related maintenance.Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders, to align development efforts with business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications:
