Job Summary:

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Zarttech, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our shipping platform. You will contribute to transforming it into a robust and intuitive product that meets the evolving needs of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where new features are continuously being added, and where your expertise will shape the technical future of the platform.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Ruby code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy high-performance applications.Analyze problems and devise high-quality solutions.Contribute proactively to the development of new features.Responsible for the back-end development, definition, and maintenance of services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application.Work closely with product owners, analysts, designers, site reliability engineers, and fellow developers.

Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.Openness to learning new technologies, such as Node.js.Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to quickly learn new concepts and understand business and product requirements.

EducationBachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Computer Engineering
