Freelance Full-Stack Developer (Fintech/ERP) Remote

Overview:A fintech project that aims to democratize access to enterprise-grade fintech applications is in the initial phase of developing an MVP > ERP system designed for startups. The goal is to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that can evolve and scale according to the needs of our users. Looking now for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to collaborate on architecting, designing, and implementing the core functionalities of this system.

Role Description:Looking for a freelancer (hourly billed) This role is perfect for a Full-Stack Developer who has a balanced mix of front-end and back-end development skills, especially with technologies like React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and familiarity with PostgreSQL/MongoDB (open to discussion). You'll be working to turn the concept into a functional MVP, aiming to create a straightforward, secure, and efficient platform. This project offers the chance to contribute significantly to simplifying financial "everything" for startups.

Responsibilities:Collaborate to define and understand project requirements, translating these into technical designs and solutions.Develop the front end with React.js, focusing on a responsive and intuitive user experience.Construct the back-end infrastructure using Node.js and Express.js, with an emphasis on reliability and security.Design and advice on database management, ensuring robustness and security.Apply best practices for authentication and overall security.Engage with cloud services for hosting and storage needs.Participate actively in all development lifecycle phases, from concept to deployment and iterative feedback.

Requirements:Demonstrated experience in full-stack development, supported by a portfolio.Proficiency in JavaScript, with solid experience in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.Knowledgeable in managing databases with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.Familiarity with utilizing cloud services and implementing secure applications.Independent worker with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills for effective collaboration.

Project Details:Duration: As long as it takes to get the MVP up "3-6 months, with potential for further collaboration."Freelance bases: freelance agreement, no base hs, based on need and availabilityWork Hours: billed by pre-agreed hours based on objectives (Scrum Sprints)Location: Fully Remote - (Amsterdam-based is a plus)Start Date: May 2024
