Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer who is passionate about their work, driven to learn and grow, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining backend systems that power our digital platforms. If you are a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make a meaningful impact, then we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support our digital platforms and applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers, to implement new features and enhancements.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Optimize application performance and reliability through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to architectural guidelines, and compliance with security standards.Participate in architectural discussions, propose solutions, and contribute to the technical roadmap.Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our development processes.Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
