SUMMARY:Tucker-Rose Associates is seeking a Mulesoft Admin/Developer to help support a Federal Program within the US Department of Veterans Affairs. We are partnered with Booz Allen on these positions and will allow remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience with object-oriented programming, API data feeds, ingestion techniques, data mapping, data modeling, dependency injection, abstract classes and interfaces, access specifiers, collections, generics, exceptions, multithreading and synchronization, and codingExperience with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including working independently with minimal guidance and exercising mature judgmentExperience with enterprise integration patterns, including asynchronous messaging, transformation, routing, and filteringAbility to show logical analysis and creative problem-solving and collaborate in an enterprise team environment.This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. REQUIREMENTS (Must haves):Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent5+ years’ experience with software application development3+ years of experience developing or operating MuleSoft2+ years of experience with supporting or developing APIs1+ years of experience developing APIs using SOAP, REST/HTTP Web Services, including ATOM feeds, XML or JSON2+ years of experience with services or federal consultingExperience with designing Web services, including REST and SOAP APIs and formal software development life cycle methodologies and tools, such as Agile and JIRA, the API life cycle, solution architecture, technical documentation, such as logical and physical architecture, and systems design artifactsExperience using Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, static code analysis and continuous integrationExperience in Data Migration/ValidationPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with federal contracting, including the Department of Veterans AffairsCandidates must comply with all federal COVID-19 related vaccination and testing requirements, including, but not limited to, those set out in Executive Order 14042
