Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.Front-end Development: Implement user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.Back-end Development: Build and optimize server-side logic and database interactions using Ruby on Rails and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).API Development: Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient delivery of software updates.Documentation: Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability.Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to resolve issues reported by users or other team members, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.At least 3 years' experience in full-stack development in Ruby on Rails.Knowledge in building full-stack web products and cloud technologies using a SaaS model.Ruby, Rails, Hotwire, and StimulusAWS – developers are responsible for supporting and monitoring infrastructure.MySQL, Stripe, Sentry, Sidekiq, LaunchDarkly, Segment.io Work in an agile team as we constantly strive to do things better, iteratively.A passion for writing test-driven, clean-codeCuriosity for technology and the ability to balance the trade-offs between engineering and business outcomesA desire to learn new things and solve problemsProvide technical support and assistance to resolve issues reported by users or other team members, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular.js).Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Experience with relational databases and SQL query optimization.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
