Regular Java Developer with GCP, Sonar

Project Description:You will be supporting the Sell Service application (it is Java apps development). This is a newly offloaded PSS application that is responsible for selling air products (sometimes referred to as flight segments) in the passenger itinerary.

The Sell Service receives product sell requests from the Reservation domain, the request is validated and compared against sale restrictions, it sends a message to the airline provider to seek approval of the sale, receives the response from the airline, forms and sends the response to Reservations.

Responsibilities:- Develops, codes, tests and debugs new moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.- Works with technical staff (Domain Experts) to understand problems with software and resolve them.- Daily cooperation with client by supporting all needs and resolving problems.- Assist in the development of software technical documentation.- Designs and codes moderately complex applications using routine and/or advanced technology.- Create optimization programs to resolve problems- Performing scheduled Sonar\Veracode scanning activities, fixing issues, etc.

Skills Description:- Awareness of GCP tech stack like GKE, GCP Monitoring, etc.- Basics on REST/GRPC APIs and their framework.- Intermediate Java coding skills with the person who can address Sonar and Veracode scan issues. Also, should be aware of hashing/encryption techniques.- Basic awareness of PCI compliance- Open to learn and adapt to Sabre development framework and tools.
