We have an immediate need for Multiple Core Java Developers / Full Stack Java Developers to work with one of the largest global financial firms, at their Columbus, OH Tech Hub. These are Contract and Contract to Hire roles. The chosen candidate will have a strong Java, SpringBoot and Cloud (AWS preferred) experience. Other skill sets can include Salesforce, React/Angular, RDMS such as SQL, NoSQL or other tools such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker etc.

This is a Hybrid Onsite (3 days a week), W-2 (you must be on our W-2 day 1) Contract to hire role. If you are looking for fully remote, will require sponsorship now or in the future or you can only work through your current employer, this is not the role for you.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks - Java, Spring Boot, React, KafkaProficiency in Cloud enabled architecture and design of high performing, secured Restful APIsExperienced in container orchestration frameworks such as KubernetesExperience working in Agile environments with modern CI/CD and Data principlesSolid background in Cloud-first environments and building cloud native platformsExecuted technology modernization initiatives including migration to cloud native and API strategy
