ResponsibilityServe as the technical lead, guiding the scalability and strategic direction of platformsMake substantial contributions to our technical architecture that pave the way for future enhancementsExcel in on-call responsibilities, including the creation and revision of runbooks and SOPsMentor team members on effective incident response and alert investigation techniquesLead by example in performing RCA for both typical and atypical issuesAssist team members in identifying and resolving anomalies, fostering a culture of continuous improvementAuthor, review, and approve requirements and designs for multiple projects within your domainEngage with domain experts to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practicesPioneer new directions in critical technologies, contributing significantly to projects that set the stage for future advancementsDemonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, even in complex or large-scale scenariosJob Description:BS degree in CS or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 10+ years of professional experience leading technical teams and managing complex web platformsExpertise in Next.js, React and common cloud architecture components (AWS or Azure) with a strong background in web development and architectureExcellent communication and leadership skills, capable of mentoring team members and influencing technical decisionsPreferredProfessional experience leading a team in a SaaS environment.Experiencing implementing solutions (built or integrated) for web personalization.Proficiency in using analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to analyze website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.Experience with headless CMS architectures and their role in creating dynamic, SEO-friendly, and scalable web experiences.
