Location: Remote *3rd Saturday of the month- 8pm PST cutover to migrate codes – usually about two hours long, but can run long Duration: 6 months- 1 year Client is looking for a person with technical expertise of the Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system to help with code migration activities. Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to work with developers and operational team to migrate development codes to various environments within CC&B application. The individual will also need to analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and coding best practices. ****Must have working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application. Required skills:A minimum of 3 Years of Experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, XML • HTML, Javascript is a plus • Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills • Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills. • Able to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment. • Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration • Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application. • Ability to enhance the end-user experience ? • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
