Our partner is a rapidly-expanding North American start up with player-focused user engagement mobile app, seeking to provide rewards to gamers for trying out new and exciting games.🚀Our team is growing, and we want you to join us!On the back of our latest round of funding, we are seeking a Senior React/React Native Developer to join our team on the ground floor and build the largest mobile gaming engagement app by connecting gaming studios and gamers.As a Senior Developer, you will lead our existing developer resources to deliver impactful solutions and help drive the strategy of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the standards of yourself and the team.💥Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Rank, prioritize and manage and oversee development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with in-house and contracted developers to ensure seamless execution of projects.Design, develop, and maintain software systems that support a company’s mission.Ensure that our software systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.Lay out new roadmaps and decisions based on business requirements, learnings, and retrospectives.🚀 Your qualifications:5+ years of work experience in app / web app development.2+ years working in or around web3 technologiesProven experience as a developer, ideally within the mobile industryExperience in payment systems and processingA love of the gaming industryComprehensive knowledge of the complete software development life cycle, including best practices and Agile Software DevelopmentStrong proficiency in Typescript, React Native (or React), RESTful Apis (or GraphQL), Prisma, any relational database, and AWSFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with developing native Android (or IOS) modules for React Native🚀 Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Familiarity with UnityBackground at a gaming studioPrior experience with shipping apps to productionPrior experience working in an early-stage startup as an engineer💥Why work for us?We make a clear distinction between company and personal time.Aside from a few die-hards, most of us work and will continue working from home.Experienced colleagues who are willing to impart their knowledge.Great team dynamics and colleagues who are always ready to to help and have fun!Access to additional educational materials and courses.Opportunity to work in gaming industry!💰What else we're offering:Private health careGood home office equipmentRemote workPaid sick leaveSocial eventsSupport for new parentsOpportunity to apply your skills and learn new ones💬What’s our selection process like?First, we set up an introductory meeting to introduce you to Duos Asinos, project specifics, and hopefully, hear a bit about you.
