What You Will Do...

We’re seeking a capable web engineer to become a part of a small yet impactful team of 7 engineers that builds PSPDFKit for Web, the world's best frontend document SDK, and a key product in PSPDFKit's product portfolio.

As a Senior Frontend Developer on the Web team, you will:Contribute to the development of products used by millions of people every day.Build new features and fix existing issues on a regular schedule.Develop UI and UX according to specifications and design concepts in Figma.Write readable and well-documented code.Collaborate with a company distributed in 31 countries using Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Zoom as the main communication and collaboration tools.Manage your work by setting your own goals, prioritizing and executing them, and ultimately taking ownership of tasks and projects.Innovate using the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and approaches.

About You...

8+ years of frontend development experience and 3+ years of experience developing large-scale frontend applications.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams — including UX/UI designers and backend developers — to translate design concepts into scalable and efficient code.Proven experience as a frontend developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.Significant experience working with React, TypeScript, webpack, and other modern frameworks/tools.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-only environment.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Possessing a customer-first mindset and the ability to gather customer feedback to ensure our product is polished to meet their needs.

We are a remote company. To ensure overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe and Asia, we’re looking for someone who will have a significant overlap with US and European working hours.
