Microsoft Power Platform Developer/Administrator

As a Microsoft Power Platform Administrator/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Your role will involve leveraging these tools to create custom business applications, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights from data. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions. Additionally, you will manage and administer Power Platform environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance.



Description

Solution Design:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Application Development:

Develop custom business applications using Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Workflow Automation:

Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes and integrate various systems and applications.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Chatbot Development:

Develop chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to provide self-service options and enhance user experience.

Environment Administration: Manage Power Platform environments, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability. Security and Compliance:

Implement security measures and compliance standards within Power Platform

environments to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and proficiency in using Power Platform solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and explore opportunities to enhance existing solutions and processes.

Documentation: Maintain documentation for Power Platform solutions, including design documents, user guides, and best practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (certs can substitute) Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts. Experience in integrating systems using REST APIs Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and M language for data manipulation and transformation. Experience in administering and managing Power Platform environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are a plus.
