Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and design-oriented Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves end-to-end website development, from conceptualization to deployment, with a strong focus on design, functionality, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Craft aesthetically pleasing and functional websites using Webflow, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete website development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and devise effective solutions during the development process.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with business goals.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Webflow and familiarity with other front-end technologies like WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:More than 1 year of experience in Webflow development.Strong portfolio showcasing design and development skills.Proficiency in front-end technologies, with a bonus for WordPress expertise.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for design.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
