PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Board in the performance of its role, including recruiting new board membersTake lead across all aspects of the companyMake key decisions that will affect the company's directionBuild a positive and productive culture in the workplaceOversee and develop policies and procedures for effective and efficient operations.Main responsability consists in the strategic acquisition of new clients nationwide, spanning the entire United States market

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMBA10+ years' experience in business related fieldStrong leadership, decision making and communication skills
