Senior Web3 Developer

Who we need:We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Typescript Developer who shares our commitment to building out open source software and pushing blockchain into mainstream adoption. You will collaborate across multiple Ethereum-focused projects and contribute to your team's success through consistent, high-quality code.Responsibilities:Understand a protocol specification and develop compliant and optimized codeActively follow latest EIPsActively participate in discussions with product owners, tests, and software engineers to suggest new or improve on existing solutionsReview, audit and test your teammates' codeProvide feedback on overall design decisionsRequired skills and experience3+ years of TypeScript programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idiomsExperience with Ethereum blockchainAble to write efficient code and have good debugging skillsExperience in writing unit and integration testsExperience in working and contributing to opensource projectsKnowledge of best practices, patterns, and understanding of key principles of developing softwareKnowledge and application of semver versioningNice to haveExperience with distributed systems, peer-to-peer systems, network programming, or cryptographyExperience maintaining a large monorepo codebase with many components and keeping it well-designed, future-proofed, and modularCan construct and maintain CI/CD pipelinesExperience with testing frameworks ( Jest, cypress )Experience with different web bundlers (webpack, esbuild, browserify)Hiring Steps:Qualified candidates will be invited to a 30-minute screening call with one of our tech recruitersNext, candidates will be invited to a 60-minute alignment interviewLast, candidates will be invited to a 15-minute cultural interview with CTO
