Brief OverviewWe're searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team to help develop content on Microsoft cloud technologies. As an ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in developing, creating and writing on cloud technologies. Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand. Objectives Develop comprehensive technical documentation on Microsoft cloud services like Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audienceDevelop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specificationsEvaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement Roles and ResponsibilitiesResearch, outline, write, and edit new and existing technical contentIndependently gather information from multiple sources to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentationResearch, create, and maintain information architecture templatesDevelop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation Candidate Profile1. Bachelor's degree in engineering2. Exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies3. 5+ years' industry experience as an effective technical writer4. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics5. Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences6. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
