This full-time, remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States, offering flexible working hours between 9-5pm or 10-6pm. RTeams provides the option for both contract and regular employment, aiming to find the best match for our team and the successful applicant.

Your Role:As a React.js Developer at RTeams, you will be instrumental in building user interfaces and delivering high-quality front-end development for our web applications. Your expertise in React.js will enable you to craft dynamic and responsive web applications that provide users with an intuitive and engaging experience. Working closely with our team of designers and backend developers, you will play a key role in bringing our innovative projects to life, from concept through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.Utilize popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Ensure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

Technical Requirements:Profound knowledge of React.js and its core principles.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js is a plus).Knowledge of RESTful APIs.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.A strong understanding of version control tools, such as Git.Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.

Experience:2+ years of professional experience in React.js development.A portfolio or samples of past projects and work that demonstrate your expertise and impact.
