React.js Full Stack Developer

As a React Fullstack Developer at Tech Concierge Pro, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our front-end and back-end systems to meet the evolving needs of our business. You'll have the chance to work closely with stakeholders from various teams, including Product Managers and Designers, to deliver high-quality features that drive the success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end systems using Node.js and React.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of features are covered.- Optimize application performance to ensure high reliability and responsiveness.- Adhere to best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and maintainability.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the tech team.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Node.js and React.- Proficiency in SQL and MongoDB.- Experience in cloud architecture and microservice architecture.- Strong computer science fundamentals and familiarity with Agile methodologies.- Expertise in full software development life cycle.- Ability to create intuitive UI and workflows for enterprise/B2B products.- Experience with Test Driven Development and Design Driven Development.- Strong debugging and code analysis skills.- Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins is a plus.- Front-end skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Redux, and React JS.- Familiarity with UI unit test frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, and Karma.- Experience as a business analyst and knowledge of application and cloud security best practices is a plus.- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA is a plus.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to SaturdayLocation: Remote (India-based)
