We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics Developer to join our team. This dual role requires a talented individual who can seamlessly integrate AEMaaCS with Adobe Analytics and develop robust front-end components in AEM. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up Adobe Analytics from scratch, ensuring accurate data collection, and creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves close collaboration with marketing teams to understand analytics needs, as well as with design and development teams to implement front-end solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for creating, managing, and optimizing digital customer experiences. Set up Adobe Analytics from scratch, including configuring tracking codes, setting up reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy. Integrate Adobe Analytics with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) to track user interactions and provide insights into content performance. Develop, customize, and maintain AEM components and templates to meet business requirements. Work with UX/UI design teams to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences. Ensure best practices are followed for SEO, web accessibility, and website performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their analytics needs and implement solutions that provide actionable insights. Maintain documentation for developed solutions and analytics configurations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AEM and Adobe Analytics.

Required Skills

Strong experience in setting up and configuring Adobe Analytics, with a deep understanding of digital analytics metrics and KPIs. Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including components, templates, and workflows. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Desired Skills

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics. Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign). Knowledge of web analytics integration with CRM and other marketing platforms.
