Expert Flutter Developer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and migration of business-critical tablet and mobile applications. As an Expert Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for creating robust and innovative applications deployed on iPadOS, iOS, and Android platforms. Additionally, you will contribute to migrating existing applications from various other technologies such as React Native, Ionic, and Sencha to Flutter.

Key Responsibilities1. Engage in the end-to-end development of tablet and mobile applications using Flutter framework.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.3. Architect, design, and implement new features and functionalities for business-critical applications.4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications meet our standards.5. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and improving overall code quality.6. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.7. Contribute to the migration of existing applications from React Native, Ionic, and Sencha to Flutter.8. Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments and best practices, and actively share knowledge within the team.9. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve user experience.10. Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, and deployment phases.

Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)2. Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter.3. Expertise in developing and deploying applications on iPadOS, iOS, and Android platforms.4. Experience in migrating applications from React Native, Ionic, or Sencha to Flutter is highly desirable.5. Proficiency in Dart programming language.6. Experience in using Sentry error and performance monitoring software.7. Solid understanding of mobile app development principles including UI/UX design, performance optimization, and responsive layouts.8. Pixel-Perfect design translation and attention to detail are a must.9. Strong problem-solving skills.10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.11. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
