Flutter Developer

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer who possesses a strong understanding of BLOC architecture to design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean code, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into reality and ensure the seamless integration of front-end elements with back-end logic.

Responsibilities:Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Flutter applications using BLOC architecture.Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement responsive UI components and ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.Optimize application performance and improve scalability by implementing appropriate design patterns and architectural principles.Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, and ensure the reliability and stability of the application.Stay updated on the latest Flutter and Dart developments, and incorporate new features and enhancements into existing projects.Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and other web services.Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Proactively identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Strong understanding of BLOC architecture and state management in Flutter applications.Proficiency in building responsive UI layouts using Flutter widgets.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Flutter Test or Mockito.Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Kotlin or Swift.Experience with Firebase services for authentication, cloud messaging, and database management.Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the Flutter community.Understanding of AGILE work-methodology.Knowledge of JIRA / Asana.
