Role DescriptionThis is an internship role for a Python Developer Intern at PlatypusBox. As an intern, you will be working with our experienced team of developers on various app and game development projects. You will be involved in the day-to-day coding tasks, debugging, and testing of Python applications. This is a remote position where you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world projects in the field of augmented and virtual reality.

QualificationsProficiency in Python programming languageUnderstanding of software development principles and best practicesKnowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with version control systems, such as GitAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

Experience with Django or other Python frameworksUnderstanding of front-end development frameworks, such as React or Vue.jsKnowledge of database systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQLExperience with cloud services, such as AWS or Google CloudFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologiesPrior internship or project experience in software development
