Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer Contractors

We are seeking Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineers with a Financial Services client of ours that is based in the Midwest. The client is ideally seeking these resources to start early to mid-January 2024.

It is a 100% REMOTE position.

This is a 15 month contract with the potential to extend or convert but it is not guaranteed.

The W2 hourly rate ranges between $70 to $90 per hour depending on experience. My company does offer benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision - majority of the premium is paid by Burtch Works), and the ability to contribute to a 401K for contractors that are available on day 1 of starting.

Main Points:This is a project to build a self-service automated tool to help with IAM. Right now, they are using tickets to set up access and are trying to build a tool to help alleviate the ticket creation process. Helping the team build self-service capabilities across the IAM ecosystem.MUST HAVE - Workforce IAM and/or Client (Customer) IAM experienceSeeking candidates that have a development mindset (leaning more on development that has tied into IAM’s tools previously)Java and Python (Either heavy IAM with Java and Python OR developer with IAM background)Most of the day-to-day will be development work, interacting closely with Product Owners to make sure the development roadmap is on track, and collaborating with DevOps and other teams that use the work so they can continuously test and codeAWS, Github Preferred, OpenShift, Azure Active Directory2 step interview process
