We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior Front End Web Developer, proficient with React and the related technologies, to lead our development team and provide technical design and development, for large-scale web applications and systems. The successful candidate is a team player with excellent technical and problem-solving skills, is aware of industry trends, questions the status quo and can identify and propose alternatives.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field• 9+ years software development experience• 7+ years’ experience implementing responsive designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop using NodeJs, JavaScript, CSS• 5+ years’ experience building solutions with TypeScript, React, ReactJS, NextJS, TailwindCSS.• Develop unit and integration test code with Playwright (or other similar tools/libraries).• Experience building design and component libraries• 2+ years’ experience with web accessibility standards and practices• Experience aligning platform architecture with security and data• Understanding of web application design principles such as usability, performance, and security• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:• Write high quality code that is easy to maintain and test• Build React, ReactJS, Redux, TailwindCSS, TypeScript and JavaScript and the related technologies or web frameworks.• Work with UX and Design to standardize and simplify UI development practices• Build modular and reusable UI components• Build and maintain front-end web application infrastructure• Participate in the entire development life cycle, from concept to release• Support strategic code sharing and architecture for one or more functional areas• Collaborate with backend engineers, architecture team, product & QA to come up with optimal solutions.• Assist as needed to support business applications by diagnosing complex production issues requiring extensive analysis and troubleshooting.• Contribute to defining timelines and plans; research and estimate feasibility, cost, time, and scope• Research new technologies, train other engineers, provide demos and other technical sessions to the entire engineering organization.• Resolving production issues as needed, plan and propose better approaches to proactively prevent such issues.

Preferred skills• Full stack Web developer experience• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to align to changing priorities• Adaptable to working on teams delivering in a Waterfall or agile style• Customer obsession – customers are at the center of all we do• Self-directed and proactive• Experience working with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
