Currently we are looking for: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java + React/Angular)

Job location: remotely from Poland

Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team for a high-profile project with one of the top FMCG customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Java backend development and modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular. With a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Leverage your expertise in Java for backend development and proficiency in React or Angular for frontend to contribute to the end-to-end development of complex, enterprise-level applications. System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient architecture for the project, ensuring high performance and reliability. Code Review and Optimization: Conduct thorough code reviews and actively participate in optimizing code for performance, maintainability, and scalability. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Agile Development: Contribute to an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily

stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer and project continuity.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Front-end Developer, with a focus on Java backend development and proficiency in React or Angular for frontend. Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React or AngularExperience with Java for backend developmentFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureSolid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)Version control systems (Git, SVN)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a team as well as independentlyStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and frameworks as required by the project.
