We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our remote team, working on exciting projects that involve developing and maintaining Node.js applications on Amazon Web Services. As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for building fully automated, digital pipelines that move code from a developer's machine to production, re-engineering current systems for flexibility, stability, and scalability, and optimizing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring high standards of quality and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Build fully automated, digital pipelines that move code from a developer's machine to productionRe-engineer current systems to allow for flexibility, stability, and scalability while preserving existing functionalityWrite good quality code, code review, unit/integration testTake ownership of issues reported and research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Node.js, understanding of enterprise-level in designing and implementing applicationsHighly skilled in DataDog, Puppet, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure), ObjectStorage, Infrastructure as a ServiceHighly skilled at front-end and back-end engineering using Node.JS (Mandatory), Angular JS (Advantage), Socket IO, HTML 5, CSS 3, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (i.e. jQuery, Ext-JS, Angular, Prototype, Dojo, Backbone, YUI)Ability to work as a team, flexible, proactive, well-organized and focus on objectives with high standard and qualityFluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
