We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern web development technologies and practices, with a strong focus on Node.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

This role demands a proactive individual capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient web applications that meet our high standards of functionality, security, and user experience. You will work as part of a team to develop fast, well-tested, and performant code across various web projects in the adtech vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and resilient web applications using Node.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.Deploy and manage cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and securityCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and achieve project goals.Lead the architecture and development of APIs, services, and systems, ensuring they meet our standards for code quality and maintainability.Drive continuous improvement in our development processes through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.“Pixel-perfect” implementation of approved UI and designsMentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development within the team

Interview Process -

Initial round 15 min chat to get overall impression of fit; Technical assessment (take home, 1-2 days small project); Follow up interview with Principal Software Engineer for more in-depth technical questions; Final interview with co-founder Chris for cultural fit assessment

This Role Requires:

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade web applications.Expertise in Node.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS services.Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with modern development tools and practices, including Git, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges and deliver innovative solutions.Experience with cloud infrastructure management & deployment on AWS (eg. ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kinesis).Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.Open-mindedness and ability to learn new programming languages & tools to best serve the project at hand.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with other languages and/or frameworks such as React / GolangExperience with edge computing via providers such as CloudflareExperience with adtech/martech technologyExperience with Machine Learning/AI/Data ScienceExperience working with large scale/high traffic applications Experience with other cloud infrastructure providers (eg. Google Cloud, Azure)
