Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance our tool's information retrieval and contextual understanding capabilities.Fine-tune large language models to cater to specific applications, ensuring tailored, accurate responses.Integrate multimodal AI models for processing and interpreting a mix of text, image, and other data formats.Utilize user feedback for continuous AI model improvement using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) techniques.Ensure efficient deployment, maintenance, and updating of AI models on cloud platforms for optimal service availability and scalability.Collaborate with diverse teams to understand needs and deliver AI-powered solutions.Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and methods.Contribute to the AI community by writing research papers and attending conferences.

Qualifications:A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.Over 2 years of work experience in Python programming.Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML development, focusing on natural language processing.Proven track record in fine-tuning large language models and implementing RLHF.Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.Experience with cloud services (GCP), deploying AI models at scale.Knowledge in Machine Learning Operations, model deployment, and serving.Familiarity with REST APIs.Experience with writing research papers and conducting experiments in the field of AI/ML.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
