As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Developer, you will be the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing assets, including landing pages, email templates, and journey builder. Your expertise will also extend to integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications, enhancing our marketing automation capabilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and customize marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and automated marketing journeys using Pardot.
Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM and other third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced marketing automation functionalities.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Pardot.
Lead and manage the migration process from other marketing platforms (preferably HubSpot) to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing marketing activities.
Provide technical support and training to team members on Pardot functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Pardot features and Salesforce ecosystem developments to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Essential Criterias
Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Developer or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Pardot, including the development of landing pages, email templates, and journey builder.
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, specifically for email and landing page development.
Experience with integrating Pardot with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.
Previous experience in migrating from HubSpot Marketing Platform to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) is a plus.
