Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sr Full Stack Developer (Java Immediate Joiner 7+ years) at NetAnalytiks. The Sr Full Stack Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, and software development. They will also work on full-stack development, utilizing their skills in Java programming and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Responsibilities -Design, develop, and deliver complete features independently, adhering to Agile. -Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support to help them deliver their assigned features. -Prioritize code quality, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. -Deliver projects on time and within budget. -Foster clear and consistent communication with internal project stakeholders and clients. Skills & Qualifications -7+ years of experience in software development with Agile methodologies. -Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. -Experience with front-end development using React or other JavaScript frameworks. -Solid understanding of cloud computing, particularly AWS services and microservice architecture. -Experience with DevOps processes for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. -Proven ability to write clean and maintainable code. -Experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and achieving high test coverage. -Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Location: Remote with potential future requirement for co-location with the team
