Senior PHP Developer

Job Titles: PHP Developer Location: RemoteDuration: 12+ Months ContractRate: Columbus, OH (Need travel to this location if required) Job Description:The PHP Developer is responsible for the creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web-based products using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX, etc. The ideal candidate would have worked with CodeIgniter (MVC design pattern), and has knowledge of DB2, and retail somewhere in their background (not absolutely necessary).

Other responsibilities include:Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applicationsMaintaining existing codebase, including troubleshooting bugs and adding new featuresConverting data from various formats (Excel, ACCESS, etc.) into developed databasesHands-on experience with DB2, MVC Design Patterns.Experience with PHP frameworks, Codeigniter in particular.Experience in the retail industry is a great plus.
