Backend Web Developer

We are looking for a talented Backend Web Developer, with 2 – 3 years of experience, to contribute to the development and maintenance of our web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java programming, Spring Boot framework, and MongoDB database management. The Developer will work closely with our Frontend development team to design and implement efficient and scalable backend solutions. We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals who can work as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend components of web applications using Java and Spring Boot framework. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components. Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices and database optimization techniques. Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications in production environments. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience of 2 – 3 years as a Backend Web Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java programming language. Experience with Spring Boot framework for building enterprise-level applications. Proficiency in MongoDB database management and query optimization. Familiarity with RESTful API design and development. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

QualificationsExperience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
