FAM is responsible providing system capabilities to record, analyze and report financial transactions, providing accurate, reliable, and critical information about the financial position of an organization.You will be supporting and enhancing an ERP product suite built on .NET that leverages Blazor, XAML, WPF, SQL Server, and SSRS.Essential FunctionsDesign, develop, and maintain software applications with precision and finesse.Collaborate closely with designers and product owners to transform ideas into functional and visually stunning experiences.Continuously refine and improve code quality through code reviews and best practices.Experiment with new tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve to drive innovation.Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.Estimate work products while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in .NET leveraging the C# and VB.NET languages. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques including code profiling, caching, asynchronous programming and minimizing latency in web applications.Mastery of SQL querying language including complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, and window functions. Ability to isolate, troubleshoot and resolve SQL performance issues including query performance, deadlocks, blocks, and resource consumption.Expertise creating SSRS report layouts, designing data visualizations, and implementing report parameters for filtering and customization.Knowledge of SSRS reporting optimizations including query optimization, dataset caching, and report rendering. Ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure efficient report execution.Proficiency in web development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with experience in one or more web frameworks; Blazor preferred.Experience using Git, TFS, or other source control.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.Knowledge of Jira, DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD best practicesEducation or Prior Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is preferred along with 10+ years of related work experiencePrior experience with a product-based company preferred
