Job Overview:As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, customize Salesforce features, and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.Responsibilities:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.Customize Salesforce features to meet specific business needs, including workflows, validation rules, process builders, and custom objects.Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, and end-users, to implement and support Salesforce solutions.Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions.Document technical designs, configurations, and code changes for future reference and knowledge sharing.Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, including user inquiries and system errors.Contribute to the overall architecture and roadmap of Salesforce solutions to align with business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.Proven experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Middleware.Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
