Position Description
This programmer analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of integrations between systems, including designing, developing, and testing integrations between a core ERP system and various external systems. This individual will have experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, extracting, transforming, and loading relevant data between internal applications and external systems. This programmer analyst will need to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously and be able to communicate with stakeholders and report risk and status to team lead or manager.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Meet with stakeholders to gather and document system interface requirementsDesign, develop, unit test and system test interfaces using ETL tools such as Pentaho Data Integrator, Pervasive/Actian Data Integrator, and shell scriptsManage software version control of work productsManage to the project plan and communicate software delivery schedulesTrouble shoot issues with the implementation of the solutionAssist in the final implementation and go-live activities planningBecome proficient in CGI Advantage ERP by working with the CGI product team and formal / informal training.Provide timely and informative status to the team lead
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Prior experience with Pentaho Data Integrator, Kettle, SpoonProficient with SQLExperience with DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server)Understanding of ETL and similar conceptsFamiliarity with Unix environments (RHEL, AIX)Familiarity with Windows Server environmentsFamiliarity with scripting languages (Python, Powershell, bsh, ksh)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000 - $130,600.
