You will be responsible for implementing high-quality Android solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed user expectations. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will drive the success of our Mobile projects and contribute to the overall growth of our company.Lead the development of robust and scalable Mobile applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.implement high-quality codebase using Kotlin and Java, leveraging Android SDK, Jetpack components, third-party librariesWork closely with react native, Ionic and iOS engineering teams to provide android expertise.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive product innovation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, code quality, performance optimization, and software architecture.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android development, evaluate new technologies/tools, and make informed recommendations for adoption.Participate in cross-functional meetings, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the Mobile development team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.Act as a subject matter expert on Android development topics, provide technical guidance to stakeholders, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing efforts.Professional QualificationsStrong proficiency in Android development using Kotlin and Java, with a deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and related frameworks.Experience in developing complex, high-performance Android applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability.·Knowledge of modern software development practices such as Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and test-driven development (TDD).Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles, material design guidelines, and responsive design techniques.Demonstrated ability to innovate and leverage new technologies, tools, and techniques to solve complex technical challenges and improve development processes.Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools to ensure smooth and efficient operation of Android applications.Location : Remote (EST CST - Hours)Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $125k- $128K annually.
