Web Developer

Position Overview:We seek a talented and motivated Software Engineer / Developer, ready to join our consistently growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our innovative solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the platform that drives our products forward. The position does not have fixed working hours and is all dependent on individual availability and priority for the completion of the activity and task outlined.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives aligning with platform use. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.Troubleshoot and debug issues and implement effective solutions promptly upon schedule given in advance. Willing to experiment and test new solutions and advance initial idea/prototype into creating a finalised functionality within the platform. Qualifications/Skills:Understands software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.Proficiency or experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Previous experience working in a start-up or agile development environment is preferred but not required.
