We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of WordPress Web Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing websites and executing their development within WordPress using existing themes and plugins. Proficiency in Gutenberg and Kadence is essential for this position.

The salary range is1,500 USD to 2,100 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.

Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

Designing and building websites in WordPress for clients based on existing templates and customizing them to meet their specific requirements.

Efficiently creating websites within tight timeframes, aiming for completion of simple 5-page websites in less than 5 hours.Utilizing provided template systems and tools to streamline the website design and development process.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH

Strong proficiency in designing and developing websites with WordPress, including a thorough knowledge of Gutenberg and Kadence.

Ability to work quickly, demonstrating proficiency in creating websites under tight deadlines.

Experienced in conversion rate optimization (CRO), local business digital marketing, page speed optimization and on-page SEO.

Proficient in utilizing various WordPress themes and plugins to achieve desired website functionalities.

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail in website design and customization.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
