We are seeking a Dynamics Developer and Team Leader to join our team in Brazil, either CLT or PJ. This individual will work on our FRM Solutions product team, which builds products and solutions for the franchise industry using Dynamics CRM, WordPress, .NET, SQL Server Reporting Services, and PowerBI. We’re a product and implementation team, so the ability to transition between requirements, begin new challenges, and work in multiple areas of the solution is necessary.What You’ll Be Doing· Scope, estimate, plan, code, test, and deliver solutions· Work with the product team to build and enhance product features· Work with the implementation team to build customizations for customers· Collaborate with internal stakeholder and clients· Investigate and develop skills in new technologies· Establish goals and objectives for team members and projects· Maintain positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leadershipWhat We’d Love to See· 3+ years hands on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development experience building entities, attributes, relationships, forms, business processes, and workflows, as well as building custom plugins, custom SSRS reports and front-end scripts· 3+ years of experience with software development in C#· 3+ years of experience developing with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML and Web Services· Ability to develop, build out and maintain a new CRM system using C# and .NET· Experience with or ability to learn writing WordPress PHP plugins· Ability to exercise independent judgement and act on it· Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral English communication skills· Highly self-motivated and self-directed· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure· Strong customer service orientation· Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment· Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and PowerBI are nice to have· Degree in Computer Science or related field· Must be able to maintain positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leadership.
