Apigee Developer with Groovy script, DevOps & python experience. Work Location: Pleasanton, CALocal candidates are preferred. Initial remote and then need to work from client location.

Conduct Discovery workshop:• Understand Customer objectives and Strategy• Understand AS-IS infrastructure, consumers and use cases• Collect API Inventory• Review any existing CI/CD pipeline setup• Review existing API Management practices• Identify API patterns for the Initial Onboarding• Customer NFR’s• Identify IAM integration, RBAC, Role mappingsBlueprint: • High Level Reference Architecture outlining:o Deployment modelo Environment Topologyo Platform & API Securityo Network and Resilience/Multi Region Deployment Strategyo Observabilityo Developer Portal Approacho Define target developer /consumer migration (non-disruptive) to Portal/ platform• Define Automation Tooling & Pipelines• API Best Practices and Installation Strategy• Agree Delivery Roadmap and Success Plan• Configure APIGEE Hybrid Organization• Provision service accounts• Establish Anthos/Kubernetes platform on the hosting platform(AWS,Azure,On-Prem)• Install Apigee Hybrid runtime environment on the hosting platform• Configure Ingress – Define load balancing methods and TLS configurations• Configure RBAC• Configure CI/CD pipeline associated with APIGEE Deployment• Configure Logging and Monitoring• Configure Environments and Environment Groups• Develop API identified in the Discover and Blueprinting phase• Create 1 API Product and API App for testing• Create Shared Flows for common functions like logging and auditing• Validation of API Proxy deploymento API Smoke Testingo Validate API Tracingo Validate out of the box API Analyticso Validate Logs• Performance Testing & Validation• Conduct failover test across multiple regions• Document Validation results and get signoff.
