WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Sr. Intelligent Automation Developer with 3 or more years of experience, capable of developing UiPath solutions. The ideal Developer is someone who would like to deepen their intelligent automation expertise, can work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at identifying business needs. They have a background in consulting and a passion for selecting and utilizing emerging technologies to improve the workplace.

As a Sr. UiPath Developer, you will lead implementation and maintenance consulting projects to support UiPath solutions.

What You’ll Do

The ideal candidate has experience in the selection, design, implementation, and management of UiPath solutions, as well as establishing best practices to ensure high quality and efficient process transformation. You will have a seamless understanding of operations excellence, technical know-how, communication, and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will be integral to the growth and evolution of Main Digital’s Intelligent Automation products and services offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent area. 3+ years of professional experience in development (VB.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript or PowerShell). 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing UiPath solutions. Strong communication skills, capable of breaking down complex structures into digestible components for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification

Responsibilities

Work as part of an Agile Scrum team to draft and refine Epics and user stories Lead the design, development, and implementation of Client's Robotic Process Automation program using UiPath.Provide technical consultation on plans and processes to implement complex solutions.Create automation that integrates multiple toolsets at one time using UiPath.Develop complex RPA programs integrating UiPath with other software coding languages such as VB.NET, Python, JAVA, JavaScript, or PowerShell.Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirements and configuration settings specific to UiPath solutions.Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and processes and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues.Adhere to documentation standards for the solution for traceability and audit.Oversee and fix any defects or performance problems discovered in testing.Define the technical framework and some considerations (but not limited) like Security.Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness.
